the BenefitWallet Mobile Application Privacy Policy of Xerox HR Solutions in
the United States.
This privacy policy covers the BenefitWallet ("BenefitWallet" or "we") mobile
applications belonging to Xerox HR Solutions, a Xerox Corporation ("Xerox") subsidiary,
in the United States.
At BenefitWallet, privacy on its mobile applications means that:
• BenefitWallet informs its mobile application users ("you") how it uses personally identifiable information that is collected via its mobile applications ;
• BenefitWallet maintains confidentiality and security safeguards for personally identifiable information;
• You have control over personally identifiable information you decide to submit to BenefitWallet; and
• You can opt-out of receiving commercial messages from BenefitWallet at any time.
BenefitWallet maintains the information it receives via its mobile applications

BenefitWallet reserves the right to notify you about administrative matters
that pertain to your BenefitWallet products or services. We may disclose your

BenefitWallet reasonably believes it is necessary to protect BenefitWallet, our
customers, or the public. Although Xerox does not currently anticipate a change
in our corporate status, in the event of a merger or acquisition of the company
or a substantial portion of its assets, Xerox may disclose, transfer or sell
personal information collected via the BenefitWallet mobile applications to the
surviving or acquiring party, respectively. Personal information collected via
the BenefitWallet mobile applications will remain subject to promises made in
this BenefitWallet Mobile Application Privacy Policy.

Collection of Personally Identifiable Information
You may
choose to give us personally identifiable information via the mobile

user name, email, account number and account password. BenefitWallet does
not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
Personally identifiable information collected may be stored and processed in
the United States or any other country in which Xerox or its subsidiaries,
affiliates, agents or partners maintain facilities, and by using this mobile
application, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your
country.
Why Does BenefitWallet Collect Personally Identifiable Information?
BenefitWallet uses personally identifiable information submitted via its mobile application to deliver services requested by you.
Communication Preferences.
BenefitWallet does not send commercial mobile application messages to you
advertising our products and services. Our mobile application communications to
you are primarily administrative and transactional notices, the purpose of
which is not promotional in nature.
Security of Personally Identifiable Information
BenefitWallet
maintains strict access control over personally identifiable information.
Only authorized BenefitWallet personnel, and those of our subsidiaries,
affiliates, agents, and partners are allowed to handle information submitted to
BenefitWallet via the mobile application.
BenefitWallet stores personally identifiable information in password-protected
environments on servers that are located in the United States. These servers
are subject to BenefitWallet information security policies, standards, and
procedures.
Debit card data is encrypted.
Debit card information submitted via the BenefitWallet mobile application is
protected by industry-standard encryption technology.
Our agents and partners protect personally identifiable information.
When you arrange for BenefitWallet services via the mobile application, it may
be necessary to transfer personally identifiable information to our
subsidiaries, affiliates, agents or partners, who then provide the services. BenefitWallet
requires that its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and partners handle
personally identifiable information with the same concern for personal privacy
as BenefitWallet.
